LITE this is common word used by common people to ignore some unwanted things in their life but here this is not common word this is life.
Yes it is life of engineering student’s .LITE (Life towards IT after Engineering).
It is non Profit Organization started by an HR professional who have seen many life’s Each and every day who are struggling for IT job .
The Main Objective of this committee is to give Eye awareness and message to Engineering students who are spending lots of money, Time and Parents Energy on Trainings to get IT Job and want to show how they are cheating their parents on the Name of the Job.
This committee t will show the life of engineering students after their studies so that they should not do any mistake after their Studies in search of IT Job.
Before I say something about this committee have some Questions for your self

In Brief about this committee.
We all are doing Engineering to get into IT jobs or to go for higher studies. The students who are mainly Looking for IT jobs.
This committee will tell, How will be the life after engineering if he/she is not gets the campus placement?
What are the things that students will do after engineering?
Let me explain you clearly with an Example.
There is a student who finished his engineering and he came to Hyderabad in Search of IT Job
To reach to his goal he joined in one famous Institute for java Training to get Job as Java Developer by paying some amount.
Monthly Expenses for that student in Hyderabad
Training fees :
Hostel Fees :
Other Expenses : 2000 + 3000( if he have girl friend )
So Approx he is spending
Monthly 14000 to 15000 pm
Yearly 1.5 lakhs to 2 Lakhs
Here the Question comes again :
Even after spending 14 to 15 thousand per month for IT Job does this student is really concentrating and trying for Job? If he is trying why he is not able to get the Job.
NO will be the Answer
Why because the student is really not concentrating, dedicated and interested for job.
Then what is he doing.. Let’s see.
Here is the student day to day activity when he is in Hyderabad searching for IT jobs.
His daily activity:
Woke Up: 6.00 am (Good One)
Training starts at 7.30 am for 2 hrs.
Will be back to room by 10.00 and will have Breakfast they he will start searching for job with the help of naurki , monster and other job portals just for formalities.
Its Lunch time: 1.00pm
Bed Time: 2.00 to6.00 pm
Evening: fun time till 9.00 pm with friends
Then dinner
Bed Time will be around 11.00 or 12.00 (sometimes Late night)
This is his daily and routine act ivies.
I never saw job dedication in his 24 hrs.This is complete cycle for Months or else for Years
GOOD NEWS is he is successfully completed his Training in 60 days that really a good news but it’s just a class room training not Exposure to the technology and didn’t practice at all.
When someone comes and ask him about the Job Trails. The vague statement that student will give to all
“ITS RECISION TIME COMPANIES DON’T HAVE ANY JOBS FOR FRESHER “
When someone ask his parents about their son they will proudly say that “ MY SON IS DOING SOME TRAINING IN HDYERABAD ONCE HE FINISHED THAT HE WILL GET JOB “but father don t know what exactly the son is doing and he will keep on invest money for his son every month till get IT Job.
Father is waiting for job and son is searching for the best institute to traine and gets the job. The student is spending money for training and consultancy for the job but the student don’t know that how he gets money which is spending its father hard work by doing job, farming etc..
On one day by lucky his friend got a good job in the other technology. By seeing that he will get influence of that technology and will join in the training again but for other technology.
Again the process continues for next 60days.
He will be keeping on joining for different technologies to get the Job. He will continue these years and years till he gets the job, but even after 2 years he is still in learning technologies.
After 2 years he will start searching for consultancy that provide the fake Certificates to get the IT JOB because they didn’t get any job as fresher but still they won’t get it.
Suppose if a student won’t get job for 2 years the expenses that he will spend in that 2 years will be.
Every month 14000(aprrox)
For 1st Year: 14000* 12 months: 168000
After 2 years: 3,00,000( approx)
Third year he will spend 50,000 for fake certificates.
So in Three years he will spend more than 3, 50,000 to get the IT job
If father give that amount to finance he will get money back with interest but student is spending amount for training and consultancy.

4) Not even a single company is tie up with institute to say the big company names as clients and will provide placement
5) Don’t believe the rumors about recession.
6) There is no such committee or organization that says the Opportunities and Boom for any technologies it’s just a rumor so ignore it.
7) Consultancy won’t come for the campus placement to place in any company. If it is Genuine companies will directly come to the colleges to hire the students and company will do direct recruitment.
8) Don’t pay even a single rupee to consultancy for job as registration fees or as job security amount it’s all fake.
Things to be remember after Studies:
Do`s:
1) First decide for which technology that you want to work and then take the training only on that (if needed) and try with serious dedication, but don’t spend money on different technologies by listening to others.
2) Select Only one famous institute and join in that before joining do some research about Quality, fees and number of people in batch by checking in internet and talking with students of that institute.
3) Try to do some part time or full time job to earn your money so that your parents won’t have any burden.
4) If you get IT job for less package don’t neglect, join that company to get some experience and Exposure
Don’ts:
1) Don’t pay money in consultancy for jobs as registration fees or for job security
2) Don’t join or trust the institutes which say MNC as client’s name. No institute is tie up with any company they won’t provide any job assistance or assurance
3) Don’t simple stays in Hyderabad think of your father financial terms and your dedication towards job then only come to Hyderabad
Conclusion:
Please friends don’t join any consultancy and Training institute to get the IT JOB all are crap No one will provide job and no one have tie up with company
